Lincolnshire Faith Council (LFC) is marking national Interfaith Week, 10th to 17th November 2024, with an evening of interfaith dialogue on Monday November 11th at Central Methodist Church. 6 participants representing different faiths and denominations will be sharing from their faith perspective on interfaith dialogue and respecting others. This is an event run jointly with the Dialogue Society and they will be serving Noah’s Pudding which is know to be the world’s oldest pudding.
LFC are working with faith communities for our winter appeal this is incorporating Mitzvah Day (Jewish) and Sewa Day (Hindu) to collect hygiene products for Lincoln Hygiene Bank. Faith communities will come together on Sunday 24th November 12-2 at Central Methodist Church to collect, count and sort all donations. This will go a long way to help us support more families and individuals suffering from hygiene poverty this winter.
